Annie Guyer is a native of the Northeast Kingdom and has been a Realtor for more than 20 years. She grew up on a family dairy farm in Peacham, Vermont and attended local Peacham schools. Annie is a graduate of The University of Vermont. She lives in Lyndon with her husband, Mike. She is a member of the Lyndon Area Chamber of Commerce for the past four years and currently serves as the Chamber's Vice President. She has also been a director of the Lyndon Outing Club for the past 10 years and is a very active parent of four sports minded children. These activities have kept Annie in tune to the needs of the local community and she is specially qualified to help you with your real estate needs. Annie is licensed in Vermont as a Real Estate Broker, a member of the board of Northeast Kingdom Realtors, the Vermont Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and a member of the local MLS. Annie is also licensed and certified in Vermont as a Real Estate Appraiser and owns Morrill and Guyer Associates, Vermont Preferred Land and Homes in partnership with Broker, Don Morrill.
